We associate holidays with carefree, but even during a reset from everyday life, we cannot forget about safety. “Insure the child” is a project launched for the safety of children during the holidays. This is an initiative aimed at parents of school-age children, which aims to provide protection against any damage that may happen to a child or the property of third parties. Our campaigns are primarily a careful plan, thanks to which we maximise the reach and effectiveness of activities. In this project, we used advanced targeting and remarketing techniques in social media, directing communication exactly to a specific target group. We also reached for Google Ads, which allowed us to reach a wide range of parents who are actively looking for information on children’s safety. Thanks to the optimisation of the campaign for searches, we were able to effectively attract the attention of potential customers and direct them to the target website. An additional element was active activities carried out within the framework of social groups, in which UNIQA experts shared valuable information and answered questions from parents.

Are leads really that expensive? Learn the history of a burned-out budget. We were contacted by the owner of the detailing studio, who was outraceded by the costs of advertising activities carried out by the freelancer. After receiving access to the advertising account, we proceeded to analyse the results. The cost of one contact to a potentially interested customer was over PLN 120. After talking to the customer, we knew that it was not the only problem. It turned out that the acquired leads, which are collected to turn them into customers, permanently lived not in Bydgoszcz or the surrounding area, but in other Polish cities, such as Szczecin or Piła. So they were not only expensive, but also useless… We have stopped all previous advertising activities, prepared an advertising strategy and started acting. After 5 weeks of work on the campaigns, we reduced the cost of contact to PLN 30. In addition, we implement supporting campaigns, focussed on other goals, which effectively promote the brand on the Bydgoszcz market.
